Who the site is for

The experience pages are for adults 21 and older. If you confirm that, this browser stores a flag on your device (local storage key nycfunclub-age). That flag is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing site data for this website.

Notes and the mailing list

The inquiry form and the mailing-list form send what you type to this website. We store it so NYC FUN CLUB can read it and reply. An inquiry keeps your name, email address, who you are traveling with, the kind of experience you want, timing, your note, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older. A mailing-list signup keeps your email address and the request for The Pleasure Poem. Replies from NYC FUN CLUB, and any later note you add, stay on that same conversation, with the time they were written.

After you send a note, the page gives you a private link. Anyone who has that link can read that conversation. Keep it to yourself. You can also write to nycfunclub@4lsolutions.com.

A copy of a new note may also be emailed to nycfunclub@4lsolutions.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). That service only sees the copy it delivers. The first time that address is used, FormSubmit asks the inbox owner to confirm it.

When email sending is turned on for this site, a reply can also be emailed to the address you gave. Until then, the reply is waiting on your private conversation link.

The mailing list is occasional. Ask by email if you want your address removed, and say which conversation or address to delete.

Admin access

The inbox is opened with an admin token checked on the server. The token is not stored in this website’s pages. A sign-in stays in an HTTP-only cookie for 12 hours. Failed attempts from the same network are limited.

What this site does not do

This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It does not sell personal information. Payments for a conscious contribution to 4L Solutions are handled on their own pages, which have their own practices.

Experiences

Quotes are for facilitation only. Expenses are paid by the guest. A 15-minute consultation is $55. Experiences begin at $1500. A phone consultation and a 50% deposit confirm a booking. The balance is due 24 hours before the date. There are no refunds once booked, including one complimentary change of date or time. The full terms are on the FAQ.
